Kubota SVL97-3 Compact Track Loader Gets Smart with Intell Attach System

Kubota’s latest innovation, the SVL97-3 compact track loader, is taking efficiency to the next level with Intell Attach, an advanced smart attachment system developed by Land Pride. Designed to enhance usability and protect both machines and attachments, Intell Attach uses a Bluetooth-based identification system to automatically configure settings for optimal performance.

Smarter Attachments with Intell Attach

With Intell Attach, each attachment is fitted with a Bluetooth receiver tag that communicates directly with the CTL. Once the tag is programmed, the loader instantly identifies the attachment, recognizes its power requirements, and adjusts settings accordingly.

One of the most notable advantages is its ability to prevent incorrect flow settings. If a standard-flow attachment is connected, the system automatically blocks high-flow operation, ensuring inexperienced operators don’t accidentally overload or damage the equipment.

“Many users don’t fully understand how to adjust hydraulic flow,” explains Michael Butler, CE Product Manager at Land Pride. “This system takes the guesswork out of it and prevents costly mistakes.” Operators can still manually reduce flow, but exceeding the preset limit is not possible, further enhancing safety and reliability.

Equipment Protection & Damage Prevention

Beyond simplifying operation, Intell Attach plays a key role in equipment protection. Rental companies, contractors, and fleet owners often worry about misuse leading to expensive damage. This system significantly reduces that risk by preventing issues like seal failures in hydraulic motors.

“For rental companies, this is a game-changer,” Butler notes. “You don’t have to worry about customers misusing attachments and causing unnecessary repairs. Intell Attach safeguards both the power unit and the attachments.”

Integration with myKubota App

To activate an attachment, operators simply enter its serial number into the myKubota app, which then syncs with the CTL to ensure all operational parameters align perfectly with the tool’s specifications. This streamlined setup eliminates manual configuration errors and maximizes efficiency in the field.

Compatibility & Future Updates

The Intell Attach system is currently exclusive to Kubota/Land Pride attachments, supporting a variety of tools, including:
