Hyundai Unveils the HT38 Compact Track Loader Delivering Power Comfort and Reliability for Demanding Jobsites
HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America has introduced the HT38 compact track loader, a new-generation machine built to deliver unmatched performance, operator comfort, and long-term reliability. Powered by Hyundai’s own 115-horsepower (86 kW) engine, the HT38 is designed to take on heavy-duty lifting and ground engagement tasks while maintaining smooth control and reduced downtime.
With a rated operating capacity of 3,807 pounds (1,727 kg) and an operating weight of 12,785 pounds (5,799 kg), the HT38 brings serious muscle to demanding jobs. It can raise a 0.8-cubic-yard (0.64-cubic-metre) bucket to a pin height of 10 feet 9 inches (3,280 mm), providing impressive vertical reach for material handling and loading tasks.

The HT38 comes loaded with performance-focused standard features, including high-flow hydraulics at 4,000 psi and 40 gpm, ride control, creep control, hydraulic quick coupler, and auto self-leveling. Operator comfort has also been elevated to a new standard, with a pressurized ROPS/FOPS cab featuring heat, air conditioning, and eight adjustable vents. The heated air-ride seat, Bluetooth connectivity, and 8-inch smart touchscreen display make the operator’s workspace both modern and ergonomic.
For multi-tasking contractors, the HT38 is compatible with a wide range of attachments, including grapples, augers, snow blowers, rakes, and brush cutters. This versatility makes it an ideal solution for construction, landscaping, utility, and concrete work.

The HT38 allows ground-level access to key service points, a reversible cooling fan, and a PowerCore air filter that protects the engine from dust and debris.
